Part-Time Receptionist

An amazing opportunity exists for an enthusiastic/dynamic and forward thinker who enjoys working in a vibrant growing speech pathology practice with all its systems and procedures in place.
 

We are looking for the right person to join our reception staff and undertake the following duties:

  • -Provide an exceptional customer experience for our clients by:

  • -Representing our clinic by embodying our core values

  • -Welcoming clients with warmth and energy

  • -Communicating clearly with clients on the phone, in emails and in texts

  • -Maintaining a professional manner with clients, practitioners and referral sources

  • -Addressing client concerns

  • -Reception duties 

  • -Answering the phone

  • -Scheduling appointments

  • -Taking payments

  • -Managing enquiries

  • -Supporting our practitioners

  • -General administration tasks

We are seeking a full-time Speech Pathologist to join our team!

 

If you are a Speech Pathologist who is keen to join a fabulous team where you will receive all the mentoring, professional development and support you need to manage a diverse caseload, we’d love to hear from you.
