Lucy
Allied Health Assistant

Hi! My name is Lucy, and I am thrilled to be in the final months of completing my Bachelor of Speech Pathology at the University of Newcastle. My journey in this field has been incredibly rewarding, and I have developed a deep passion for working with clients of all ages. The experience I have gained as an Allied Health Assistant at Newcastle Speech Pathology has been invaluable, providing me with hands-on opportunities to apply my learning and make a positive impact.

Throughout my time here, I have cherished the chance to work closely with a diverse range of clients, each with unique needs and goals. This has not only honed my skills but also reinforced my commitment to helping individuals improve their communication abilities and overall quality of life. I am eagerly looking forward to completing my degree and embarking on my career as a qualified Speech Pathologist, where I can continue to contribute to the well-being of the community.

Beyond my professional aspirations, I have a deep appreciation for nature and the outdoors. Whether it's hiking through scenic trails, exploring new natural landscapes, or simply enjoying the fresh air, being in nature rejuvenates me. Additionally, I love engaging in sports and staying active, often playing various games with friends. These activities keep me balanced and energized, enhancing my approach to both life and work.

My dedication to speech pathology, combined with my love for nature and sports, shapes who I am both personally and professionally. I am excited about the future and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve as a speech pathologist.
